We will be doing Trick or Treating in Willow Wood on Monday, October 31st! Hope to see you all there!

• Motion made by Brandon to make the decision to not enforce Section 9, including subsections A, B, and C due to the nature of the restriction being vague and overreaching if fully enforced
• • We as a board were in unanimous agreement that we will not enforce Section 9 - subsections a, b, and c as it is too vague. 
  • The revised Deed Restrictions will address this issue in specific detail.  

LG&E Project: 

Beginning in March and continuing into April, LG&E will be coming through and  removing/trimming trees and clearing the easements directly surrounding the high  voltage transmission lines that cut through Willow Wood. Impacted property owners  should receive a letter in the mail in early March. Following that, an arborist will be  coming to speak to impacted homeowners before the work begins. While this will  transform the aesthetic of our neighborhood, LG&E has a dedicated team, including a  landscape architect, who are committed to restoring the neighborhood back to the  original, if not better, condition.

We will continue to make changes and updates to our new site. We will add more news, events, newsletter and archived data as well (further history of board minutes, archived images from previous events, etc.)

Don't worry about the dues for now. We will continue to improve that functionality for next year's dues with the ability to pay securely online!
